FROSINONE – “You can call them emotions if you want,” sang the great Lucio Battisti. At the ‘Benito Stirpe-Psc Arena,’ emotions were in abundance. A magnificent Frosinone defeats Atalanta 2-1 in a beautiful match and secures the first 3 points of the Serie A season.
Di Francesco’s team concludes the first 45 minutes with a double advantage, thanks to goals from Harroui in the 5th minute and Monterisi in the 24th minute. Only the yellow-blue team on the field, dominating the scene for 50 minutes and 30 seconds, and coming close to a third goal with Baez and Mazzitelli.
