Two goals from the Serbian forward and a goal from the Italian international winger give temporary leadership to Vecchia Signora.
Juventus defeated Lazio 3-1 in one of the big games of the fourth round of the Italian Serie A. Dusan Vlahovic scored two goals, and Federico Chiesa added the other in Vecchia Signora’s victory, which temporarily takes them to the top of the league, just ahead of Inter and Milan, who face each other tonight.
The first goal came as early as the 10th minute for Massimiano Allegri’s team. The pass came from Manuel Locatelli, with the Serbian forward scoring the first of the afternoon.
Federico Chiesa increased the lead to 2-0 after an assist from Adrien Rabiot. It was the 16th minute of the game.
Lazio managed to pull one back through international player Luis Alberto, who converted a precise pass from Daichi Kamada, who was even linked with Benfica’s interest at the beginning of last season. However, the hope for the Romans lasted only three minutes, as the American Weston McKennie provided a second goal to Vlahovic in the 67th minute.
